Records from our clinic are available through Piedmont Link, Piedmont Healthcare’s secure provider portal:

If you are part of the patient’s care team, you may log in or use the “Request Access” option on the portal homepage. This is the most efficient and compliant way to access documentation, including visit notes, medications, lab results, and care plans.

Alternatively, the patient may access and share their records with you via their MyChart account.

Our office does not fulfill external records requests directly, as all records are available through these two channels.
